I Am You 360 has developed a green, energy-efficient 10-tiny home model. Each home will be 450 square feet, with one bedroom, living room, kitchen, and patio. Residents will pay $1.00 a square foot. Half of their rent will be saved in an escrow account and given to them at the end of our 2-3 year program to be able to purchase their first home, ending homeless, breaking generational cycles, and creating generational change. This provides direct and long-term impact.
